The mission of the American Samoa Humane Society (ASHS) is to educate people throughout the U.S. Territory about the benefits of maintaining the health, nutrition, and safety of domestic animals by disseminating public information, and to provide low cost spay/neuter clinics and adoption programs in order to eliminate animal overpopulation and suffering.
